Before real estate Karl got his start with medical device and contract sales in the private physician market. Answering daily to demanding doctors wasn't easy. But Karl learned to listen and cater to his customers needs, which is how he won numerous sales awards including top salesperson honors in 2009, 2010 & 2012. He now uses the sales and negotiation skills he's refined over the years to benefit the clients in real estate every day.
Karl has a wife of 10 years and three lovely children. When he's not working hard on his clients behalf, he enjoys serving the community as a local little league baseball coach, attending his children's activities as well as enjoying the outdoors.
