After graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Business Management Entrepreneurship, I was recruited to work as an assistant to a Top 1% agent. I quickly learned how to thrive in a fast-paced real estate office, managing contracts and preparing listings for the market. I grew to love the art of negotiation and the science of market analysis. The high volume was exciting and provided invaluable experience, but I found myself working upwards of 60 hours a week.
