Kathie started her career in real estate in the 1980's as a property manager in Bryan/College Station and Corpus Christi, before she started investing personally in real estate. Her husband was born and raised in Houston, and they moved back to the West Houston/Katy area in 1990. Knowing that being a great real estate agent required working a lot of nights and weekends, Kathie decided to wait until their 4 children were grown to start her real estate career. In the meantime she worked for a local Katy magazine and volunteered throughout the West Houston area developing wonderful business and community relationships that continue to this day. She and her husband moved to Fulshear in 2013 and have experienced the growth of this area first hand.
