When I contacted Matthew, I was very upfront and honest in letting him know that I was in a very difficult and time-sensitive living situation. I personally didn't even know if I was anywhere near close to eligible in the home-buying market. With that being said, Matthew still took me seriously, understood my situation and got the ball rolling immediately. He was able to setup home viewings the same week we first got in contact.
