Ryan was born in Bangkok, Thailand but moved to the Stanford campus soon after. His father was a professor in the Medical School and ran the Stanford Pain clinic. He attended Nixon Elementary School, JLS Middle School, and Gunn High School. He received a BA from UC Santa Barbara before moving back to the Silicon Valley to spend 15 years in High Tech. Ryan has two boys, aged 15 and 12. He has spent time living in Stanford, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, Mountain View, San Francisco, and Palo Alto so has intimate knowledge of the surrounding area. Ryan takes a very data driven approach to Real Estate by applying his knowledge learned in High Tech. In his downtime he enjoys running, skiing, beach trips, and coaching youth sports.
