Yes, she was with us during the entire four-hour inspection and walk-thru before the closing to bring us her expertise. And she was with us all the way through the closing. But, more importantly and surprisingly, after the purchase, she has been available to help us with a variety of needs and questions from recommending contractors, to an attorney for a tenant issue, and an accounting professional.
