That expertise, combined with my time in commercial real estate accounting and financial analysis for top REITs, shaped my approach to brokerage. Now, I apply that financial and investment-driven mindset to property sales, investment strategy, and landlord leasing advisory, ensuring my clients make decisions backed by market intelligence.
