I have been selling residential and commercial real estate since 2004 in the North Shore area. I was born and raised in Saugus and currently live in Lynnfield with my sons and two dogs. I specialize in seller representation, buyer representation, relocation, and luxury home marketing. I am also a senior real estate specialist. I have been a licensed real estate broker since September 2010. Prior to being a real estate broker I was a licensed sales agent since June 2002. However, my start in the real estate industry was much earlier as working at a family owned business since a young age. Throughout my time in real estate I have gained experience working with investment and renovation style properties and the process involved in bringing those properties to market. Since beginning in Real Estate I have sold over 900 properties in the past 14 years. I have also worked with corporate clients and this portion of business has provided me with a wide range of experiences.

A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Lynne moved to Boston in 1972 to work as a medical-surgical nurse at MGH. After completing a Masters Degree in Nursing at BU, she worked in many hospitals, homes and schools and taught nursing in the North Shore area. She settled in Swampscott in 1975 with her husband and moved to Marblehead in 1983 as they outgrew their family home with the arrival of their four children. Lynne made a career shift to real estate in 2002 and quickly discovered that the common denominator between nursing and real estate was the personal and professional service that she could provide. Lynne brings her enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment to excellence into every transaction she negotiates. A firm believer in continuing education, she has attained her brokers license, CBR, GRI and CRS designations. Her long-standing knowledge and love of the community has given her much satisfaction and success in helping people find the perfect place to call home.

I grew up and have lived in the North Shore of Boston my entire life. Medford, Malden, Everett, Somerville, and Revere are some of the cities I have called home at one time or another. I studied Business Administration at Merrimack College and went on to set up and manage several establishments in the hospitality industry. I obtained my real estate license in 1984 and found that the two industries were a good match due to the number of people I have met through the years. I love what I do. I left hospitality to focus solely on real estate a decade ago as it gave me the chance to keep interacting with people and to provide expert service to help people in what is usually the biggest transactions of their life.
