I finished a college degree in accounting and passed the CPA exam around the same time that I lost my Dad to an early death. After years of accounting and corporate tax, I moved to Jacksonville Florida in 1996 and received my Florida real estate license. In 2007, I bought into ownership of Queen's Harbour Real Estate Company and opened a second real estate company called WaterMarke Realty Group which is the company I continue to operate.
