As the daughter of a real estate entrepreneur, I grew up in the business. I received my Georgia real estate license at 19 with aspirations of one day working with my Daddy. I finished a college degree in accounting and passed the CPA exam around the same time that I lost my Dad to an early death. After years of accounting and corporate tax, I moved to Jacksonville Florida in 1996 and received my Florida real estate license. In 2007, I bought into ownership of Queen's Harbour Real Estate Company and opened a second real estate company called WaterMarke Realty Group which is the company I continue to operate. Believe it or not, real estate is a difficult business as lives are being impacted with every decision made. Sam was born and raised in Leeds, England. Upon leaving university he seized an opportunity to begin working in London as an international fashion model. In 2006, his growing number of assignments in the USA caused him to permanently relocate to New York City. In 2015, Sam joined Savitt Partners a leading commercial real estate brokerage in NYC where he built a career advising clients in the acquisitions of office leases in Manhattan, specializing in the tech, advertising, media and fashion industry. In 2018, Sam and his wife, Kimberly welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Scarlett, into the world. With fond memories of their time in NYC and many vacations to visit Kimberly’s family in Florida they knew that Ponte Vedra was where they wanted to continue the next chapter of their lives.
