Born in New Jersey but lucky enough to be raised in Florida, I have called Amelia Island home for over 30 years. I am a graduate from Florida State University where I obtained Bachelor's Degrees in both Real Estate and Marketing. I pride myself on my loyalty and dependability in all of my relationships and hope to show you these as well as I pursue my passion for real estate. When I am not helping buyers and sellers you can find me and my husband at Disney with our twins, coaching Special Olympics, traveling or taking our dog for walks.

I grew up in Southern Ohio, but left for college at Morehead State for a year, then married my sweetheart, Mike. He joined the Navy and we traveled the country and world for 20 years, but found ourselves on Amelia Island, Florida for the first time in 1990 and fell in love with this sweet little town, which back then only had 2 stop lights and a flashing light between I95 and the Island. A lot has changed over the years, but it's where we call "HOME'. We raised 2 boys here, now our 2 grandsons live close by and we are thrilled! We love to boat and be on the water as often as possible. I got my Real Estate license in 1998 knowing we were coming back for our final duty station and retirement. I wanted to buy investments to have in addition to retirement but fell in love with the profession and the ability to help so many buy and sell their homes and investments. My daughter -n-love works with me (she joined me in May 2017) and we are both very passionate about this business!

I graduated from Rollins College, Florida with a degree in business and economics. I made stops in Aspen Colorado and Washington, DC. along the way and eventually settled in Vermont. I built my first house some 20 years ago. I have worked on several mixed use residential developments. I eventually returned to Florida and settled on Amelia Island 15 years ago. For the most part, I concentrate on newer home sales in Nassau County. I'm always on the look out for residential or commercial properties that make economic sense and offer a financial reward for the end user.
