As the daughter of a real estate entrepreneur, I grew up in the business. I received my Georgia real estate license at 19 with aspirations of one day working with my Daddy. I finished a college degree in accounting and passed the CPA exam around the same time that I lost my Dad to an early death. After years of accounting and corporate tax, I moved to Jacksonville Florida in 1996 and received my Florida real estate license. In 2007, I bought into ownership of Queen's Harbour Real Estate Company and opened a second real estate company called WaterMarke Realty Group which is the company I continue to operate. Believe it or not, real estate is a difficult business as lives are being impacted with every decision made.
