Patrick was patient when things went wrong I met Patrick through a real estate teacher. He came and looked at my 94 yr old mother's very large house. She wasn't ready to sell, but Patrick kept in touch knowing I was going to use him when the time came to sell. He waited 5 years and kept in touch at least once or twice a year. He helped when my mother died 2 wks before her 99th birthday. He helped me through all of my difficulties dealing with the trust my father had put the house and other stuff in.
