I started at KW where I was named #1 agent nationally (out of 178,000 agents). Built my team and opened a successful brokerage in 2015. Transitioned to the amazing cloud brokerage of eXp Realty in 2017. I adore family time when Im not working. Health and fitness are also a passion of mine, and I love the beach!

Since 2008, my sales production has put me in the top 5% of all Broker associates within HomeSmart, and recently within the top 250 agents NATIONWIDE (super proud of that achievement!). I am a Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.), an achievement that only 4% of all Real estate agents worldwide have attained due to the stringent education and experience requirements.

Born in Norway, Jon’s parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1969 and moved the family to Colorado in 1974 where, in 1985, Jon graduated from Aurora’s Smoky Hill High School. He subsequently enlisted and served as a paratrooper, tank crewman, and scout with the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division, receiving an Honorable Discharge from active duty as a Sergeant (E-5) in 1989. After returning to Colorado, he utilized the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in History from Metropolitan State College (nka Metropolitan State University) of Denver in 1996, then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver’s Graduate School of Business in 1999. Professionally, Jon earned a real estate title insurance license in 1991, serving 22 years in business development and as a VP Sales working alongside some of Colorado’s top Realtors® and mortgage loan officers, before earning his own Real Estate Broker’s license in 2013.
