Born in Norway, Jon’s parents immigrated to the U.S. in 1969 and moved the family to Colorado in 1974 where, in 1985, Jon graduated from Aurora’s Smoky Hill High School. He subsequently enlisted and served as a paratrooper, tank crewman, and scout with the U.S. Army’s elite 82nd Airborne Division, receiving an Honorable Discharge from active duty as a Sergeant (E-5) in 1989. After returning to Colorado, he utilized the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP) to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and minor in History from Metropolitan State College (nka Metropolitan State University) of Denver in 1996, then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver’s Graduate School of Business in 1999. Professionally, Jon earned a real estate title insurance license in 1991, serving 22 years in business development and as a VP Sales working alongside some of Colorado’s top Realtors® and mortgage loan officers, before earning his own Real Estate Broker’s license in 2013.

From a young age, I had an inherent drive to assist others, making real estate a natural career choice. Since 2003, I have been devoted to my career in real estate. In 2016, my husband and I decided to make a move to Elizabeth from Littleton to raise our 3 kids. We purchased 40 acres and immediately created a hobby farm.
