Karen Van Ness

I began working in real estate in 1977. I have taught real estate beginning in the 1990's, sat on the Zillow Agent Advisory Board, currently serve on the Grievance Committee at the San Diego Association of Realtors, worked as a developer and builder, designed new homes and remodeling of homes, and mentor new agents. I work tirelessly for my clients to make sure they are making the best decisions when buying or selling real estate. I explain every step and every form required so my clients always know what is happening and what is going to happen next. I hold my client's hand throughout the process from start to finish and make sure their sale or purchase of real estate is a successful one.
