Mia made my home selling experience so easy from beginning to closing. She was always there to answer questions and address concerns. She was so easy to talk to, took the stress of home selling off my back. Assisted with the needs of inspection and post, a leaning shoulder while looking to repair some stuff. Mia did a fantastic job selling a duplex for us. We were afraid we would have to take a reduced price on the property since it needed a lot of updates. Since this property was part of a estate/trust we didn't want to put anytime or money into the place. She was honest with us and put a realistic selling price on the property based on the location and the updates it need. The property was sold in four days and we got a substantial amount over asking price. We were very pleased with how she handled the over 20 offers we received for the property. We completely trust Mia since she was honest and respected our feelings about not putting any time or money into the property. I would use Mia again if I am in the market to sell my home or recommend her to anyone I know is looking for a realtor.

Mia helped us to sell this property. This was all done for my elderly mother who can be quite stubborn at times (lol). Mia was patient and took care of issues right away. She worked well with the other agent to get us pretty close to the asking price while also keeping the buyer in mind.

Mia did an excellent job of selling my parent's home after their sudden deaths. She was extremely professional, responsive and a hard worker. One of her best qualities is her caring for our very emotional situation. She took control and solved problems for us and navigated us through a very different real estate market.
