I have a professional background as teacher, guidance counselor, principal and university/college professor/instructor and I am sensitive to the needs of buyers/sellers who are facing difficult or challenging circumstances such as those recently widowed or who are facing divorce or need to sell due to a health issues, job loss, finances, handicap, downsizing, moving to assisted living or nursing home, relocation or empty nesters. I am one of the few agents who has both listed and sold reo/foreclosure properties and also have experience assisting sellers who choose to sell their property subject to bank approving a short sale and helping buyer clients to locate and negotiate short sale property purchases.
