Gerry Nazzaro was recommended to us by someone in a business complimentary to Real Estate. This individual also contacted Gerry and advised that we were potential home sellers. Gerry contacted us and set up to meet us in our home. The meet was a good one in which both sides had a lot of questions. It had been 48 years since we had been involved in a house sale so the info. and feedback that Gerry provided to us was enormously helpful.
