I began my career in Southern California in 1984 and have been a full time Realtor and investor since that time. During my time in California I became a joint venture partner in Mulhearn Realtors Long Beach branch office. I also functioned as the Training Director for the multi-office 400+ agent company. I returned to Upstate New York in 1997 and have worked at RealtyUSA (Now Howard Hanna RE Services) since that time. I'm married to my wife Nancy, a mortgage originator at Ballston Spa National Bank, and we have two adult children who live here in the Capital District. Experience matters in a Real Estate agent. Passing the New York State test does not mean you know how to do all the things necessary to bring about a successful sale.
