My husband and I have used Margaret's services to purchase our current home in 2014 as well as a piece of land in 2019. For both purchases Margaret was the epitome of professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She was also very responsive, available and flexible. She addressed any concerns we had and answered our many questions, especially when it came to buying the land which was invaluable as it was our first time buying vacant land. She assisted us with finding houses/land for viewing, providing options for service providers (lawyers, home inspectors, radon test, etc.), giving "homework"/checklists to ensure we were where we needed to be in the process and so on. We were relocating back to Halifax and reached out to Margaret Craig as we liked some of the homes she was selling for Ramar. We were disappointed that these homes would not be ready for our return. Margaret took our wish list and started hunting for homes for us. As we were out of province she used technology to connect with us and show us homes. She made some inquiries and was able to find a home that fit our needs. We could not do the inspections as we were travelling she took the time to represent us and find us excellent inspectors and other team members. She worked through a couple of issues that came up and we are looking forward to moving into our new home in December.
