I’m Anthony Scanio, a licensed real estate agent serving clients across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Since 2018, I’ve been helping clients "right-size" into homes that better fit their needs, while also working with buyers, sellers, and investors of all experience levels. My goal is to make each real estate journey clear, strategic, and stress-free. Before real estate, I worked as a Paramedic for over a decade, gaining valuable experience in communication, problem-solving, and remaining calm in high-pressure situations—skills I now utilize to guide my clients through significant life transitions. Originally from Northern Massachusetts, I’ve called New Hampshire home since 2012. I take a no-pressure, consultative approach with everyone I work with. I prefer to meet in person to understand your goals and determine whether I’m the right fit to help you achieve them.
