Jeff worked with us as brand new home-buyers. We had no idea what we wanted, where we wanted to live, or what to expect from the entire process. He was incredibly helpful and understanding. He met us wherever we wanted to look and whenever worked for us (within reason, of course). He also stayed with us late into the evening on the day we were putting in our offer. He persevered through a 7 month short sale process that ended with us getting the house we wanted and at a reasonable price. He's very congenial and easy to talk to. He really is great and the house he helped us with has been our home for the last 8 years.
