Eric was born in Columbia, MD and attended Howard County public schools. He attended James Madison University and received his BBA in Marketing. Eric began his real estate career In 2003 and teamed up with The Creig Northrop Team of Long and Foster in 2008. Eric quickly became a top producer of a team that went on to becoming the #1 selling team in the entire nation 3 times! Eric is now a founding partner of The Group, which has been the top producing team in the brokerage in sales and volume since 2018! Eric is also an experienced real estate investor, who owns several rental properties; and who bought, renovated and sold many other properties as well. He believes in honesty, a quick response time, attentive follow-up, and looking out for his client’s best interest. Dan Iampieri was born in Howard County attending Glenelg High School, and later Frostburg State University. With over twenty years of full-time experience, Dan comes from a family with a deep history in local real estate. Dan's father, Bill Iampieri, was the longtime Broker/Owner of Caton Realty, an Ellicott City real estate company with over $3.5 Billion in real estate sales since its founding in 1939. The company opened an office in Ellicott City in 1966 making it Howard County's oldest and most established real estate Brokerage by age. Dan joined the firm full-time in 2003, quickly achieving residential sales success and formed his own team in 2006. Outside of work Dan enjoys serving in various capacities at DRCC in Mount Airy and working around his home. Dan and his wife, Pilar, and son Henry, reside on a property known as ‘Northern Ridge' located in Mount Airy, with their dog "Indy". They also enjoy spending time at their beach house in Duck, North Carolina.
