Our daughter and Andrew visited several properties. (My wife and I live in VA.) Andrew made this go easy for us all. After selecting a condo to consider, Andrew recommneded we make a below asking price offer which was only slightly countered. After inspection we did ask for a small price reduction given electrial issues. Ultimately the price we paid was what Andrew had us first offer. Andrew was always attentive and prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. Should we be in the market to buy, sell or rent in that area we would use Andrew again.

I was a first time homebuyer, and all of this was a lot to digest - Andrew helped to simplify in a way that helped me make a decision. He very obviously knew what he was talking about, and I put my full trust in his opinion and ability to get the job done.
