Before founding Andrew Goldberg Realty Inc., I spent over a decade at Redgate, a private equity real estate development and investment firm, where I specialized in private equity accounting, real estate development finance, investor relations, and tax planning. As the Vice President/Controller, I played a key role in raising and managing two GP funds, overseeing financial reporting, structuring deals, and optimizing investment performance. My experience in fundraising, deal structuring, and asset management gave me firsthand insight into how institutional investors and developers evaluate risk, maximize returns, and execute transactions effectively. That expertise, combined with my time in commercial real estate accounting and financial analysis for top REITs, shaped my approach to brokerage. Now, I apply that financial and investment-driven mindset to property sales, investment strategy, and landlord leasing advisory, ensuring my clients make decisions backed by market intelligence.
