Every step of the process, I felt like my wants and needs were a priority for Suzzane, who did everything from working on weekends and showing me houses that had not even been posted to MLS, to recommending the absolute best and efficient painters, handymen, and pool builders. Suzanne is very knowledgeable of the market and the "skills" of negotiation. She pushes for the best for her clients, but at the same time does not promise what cannot be provided. I found that Suzanne did a great job on the sale of my beach condominium. There were issues due to an out of state buyer and an out of state seller, but she worked out many difficult details that made the closing happen and made me very satisfied with the results.
