Frederick Waters

My name is Fred Waters. I was born and raised in NE Ohio, now living in Ocala, Florida, since 2016. My wife, a Registered Nurse, and I have been married for 30 years and we have two wonderful sons, one an Registered Nurse and one in High school. For 28 years, I worked in various manufacturing management roles in the automotive, rubber, and aerospace industries and I am a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Operation: Desert Storm. Since becoming a Licensed Realtor, I have been named 2019 Rookie of the Year for my brokerage, I earned Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society status in 2020, Coldwell Banker International Presidents Circle status in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and OMCAR, Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors, has ranked me as a Top Agent.
