Alyssa Whitlock

Growing up in Gainesville, I have been continually surprised at all of the different places and experiences it has to offer after 27 years. My interest in real estate began with my father, a general contractor, who sparked my curiosity in the industry. After graduating from high school, I decided to focus my career on real estate investments. I'm passionate about real estate because it has allowed me to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds, which I find incredibly rewarding. It brings me great joy to work with buyers and sellers, as it allows me to form meaningful connections and be of service to them. I strive to help in any way possible and take pride in seeing the results of my hard work. Niches I serve include Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Rentals. My family and I enjoy being outdoors kayaking, long nature walks, bird watching and painting.
