Along with the support from her amazing family, Melinda survives on grit, grace, and gratitude. She's always believed that hardships, as well as successes, contribute to depth and growth of an individual. She's no stranger to starting from the bottom and working her way up, and believes a good attitude and a sense of humor can go a long way! She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices because of the family oriented culture and a mission that aligned with her own values; Teamwork, Integrity, Passion, and Excellence.Throughout her career, Melinda has been fortunate to have worked with several phenomenal mentors. Doing so has inspired her to be the best coach she can be and to always leave people better than she found them by coming from a place of contribution. Melinda's southern roots run deep – she was born in Alabama, raised in Tennessee and moved to Florida with her family in 2011. She grew up on cracklin’ cornbread and sweet ice tea, and is grateful to be a country girl.
