I recently returned to residential real estate sales after 22 years as a non-competing Managing Broker of a large, successful real estate office. The most important thing I learned over the years is that the customer and their wants and needs must always be an agent's focus. An experienced, knowledgeable real estate professional will make sure of that. It will make all the difference from the initial consultation to the closing table.

I started my real estate career in 1979 while also serving in the Navy. I have been a licensed broker in Florida since 1984 and broker of Realty Masters since 1998 and I love to work with buyers and sellers especially investors. I own and manage my own rentals, have flipped houses, and I wrote a book in 2017 titled The Real Estate Rulebook which is available on Amazon. I strive to provide all my clients with exceptional customer service.
