I am a wife of 40 years to the man I met while working in England. I was a mom, and now I am a grandmother of 2 wonderful boys. I started by real estate career in 1995. Quickly found out you should have more than just a real estate license to represent someone with their largest asset. I spent many years on education and hold the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiator Expert (CNE). Growing up in the real estate business, and learning all aspects of the Pensacola Real Estate market is one of Mark's greatest strengths. Mark began his career early becoming a real estate agent at the age of nineteen. He went on to graduate from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in Business Management. After graduation, he went full time into real estate and worked towards his Florida Real Estate Brokers license. Earning several national designations including Top Team award for ERA National, Mark has consistently been invited to ERA's "Leader's Circle" of top agents the last seven years in a row. The most important part of Mark's life is his family and church. He and his family have attended Marcus Point Baptist Church since 1997. Having lived in Florida +35yrs, I've gained great insight into the community & its thriving market trends. I've procured profitable properties for investors, helped first-time homebuyers, sold new construction, & assisted Veterans, among other experienced buyers. I've also listed bank-owned foreclosures and have dealt with many REOs. I've sold many properties, such as vacant lots, mobile homes, condos, townhomes, and bayfront, to commercial real estate. I pride myself in never having a listing expire or go unsold. I started my real estate career in 1979 while also serving in the Navy. I have been a licensed broker in Florida since 1984 and broker of Realty Masters since 1998 and I love to work with buyers and sellers especially investors. I own and manage my own rentals, have flipped houses, and I wrote a book in 2017 titled The Real Estate Rulebook which is available on Amazon.
