I had the pleasure of working with Justin recently while trying to juggle selling one property and quickly buying another property. Justin was able to negotiate getting me top dollar on my sale and making sure I didnt overpay on my purchase which isnt easy in this market. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him when trying to find a home for my brother. His work ethic is truly unmatched and his service is unparalleled. A true asset to the real estate community. Can't recommend him enough! Im not local to the San Diego area but I didnt even need to be. Justin would FaceTime me to see the houses & even drive around the neighborhood to show me the area so I could really get a feel for it. Not only that but would know all the little things a buyer like myself would be looking for. He truly cares and takes the time to get to know your needs and then work his magic trying to match you with the right home. Any questions I had he always knew the answer, he knew exactly what to look for on things I never even considered!
