Jill was a pleasure to work with: thorough, thoughtful, and very responsive. She went above and beyond for us, putting in the extra work required to help us become familiar with Los Angeles neighborhoods and to guide us through the home-buying process even though much of the transaction occurred while we were on the East Coast. Jill is a gem.

I cannot recommend Jill highly enough! When my husband and I moved to LA from New York we had was a price range and some neighborhoods we liked--and that was about it. Jill was endlessly upbeat, well informed, and thoughtful, and we could tell every time she showed us a property that she really listened to all of the things we wanted in a new home. Jill was a great asset, she has a great eye for how much something will sell for, how long it will be on the market, and what would make our bid the most competitive. She also managed to show us multiple properties before they went on the market--one of which we ended up buying. Our bid was accepted while we were out of town, but Jill managed to make the process smooth, quick, and easy. She arranged and supervised our inspections since we couldn't be there, communicated regularly with the escrow agent and our bank, and explained each and every piece of paperwork clearly and concisely. I don't know how we would have managed without her!

Given the first two agents I spoke with, Jill was a godsend! My husband and I want to purchase a rental property. We contacted a five agents and received a return call from only two of them. Unfortunately, after the initial call they never contacted us to follow-up! After waiting a month out of frustration, I started searching online, found Jill and messaged her. She contacted me within the hour and we met the following day. Jill drove over an hour and a half and couldn't have been nicer and more professional. She knew the area we were thinking of plus suggested two other promising areas we hadn't even considered. We are thrilled we found Jill and because of her excited about our future purchase. I will be referring Jill to our friends as she is truly outstanding!

Next, Jill was able to give us details about how we could get our home prepared to sell, all the way down to the exact paint colors! We found Jill to be knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on what to expect when selling our home and the process of selling. We continued to call on Jill for advice when our local realtor was not available, and Jill was expert in her counsel. In the end our home sold quickly and above our price, which we credit to our local realtor and all the help we received from Jill. Next we'll be relocating to CA by the end of this year and will use Jill as our realtor because we trust her knowledge and integrity.
