Ken is the best! We have lived in the same house in Chicago for the last 20 years, so when we started looking for a new place in Tucson, it was a bit overwhelming. Ken was extremely patient and helped guide us and introduced us to this beautiful city. Since we lived out of town, Ken was nice enough to drive to all the houses that we were considering and gave us virtual tours. He was honest and noticed problems that we would have overlooked. It felt like Ken was buying a house for himself. When we finally closed on our dream home, Ken was kind enough to hold the keys for us until we drove down to Tucson. When we arrived, there was no electricity in the house, but Ken brought his coolers full of food and drinks to make our transition so smooth. It was so thoughtful. Ken was personable and made the whole process of purchasing a home a wonderful experience. Outstanding job!

As seniors we contacted Ken to find a house for us in Marana Az. He sent us photos and infor on the houses that were available. When we found just the right one....he did the walk thru with us via video. going room to room and answering our questions...even to the size of the outside shed. When we got to Marana, he took us thru for the final walk thru and the house is just what we were wanting. All paperwork was handled in a very nice and professional way. Our escrow even closed a day earlier than original stated. Ken was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone searching for a house in the area.
