Jonathan Hall is a REALTOR® and co-owner of Coastal South Vacation Rentals and Coastal South Realty, where he specializes in the acquisition, management, and performance optimization of short-term rental properties along the Alabama Gulf Coast. With a hands-on, owner-focused approach, Jonathan works closely with both investors and homeowners to maximize returns while protecting the long-term value of their assets. In addition to his brokerage and property management roles, Jonathan owns and operates multiple businesses and investment properties throughout Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and the surrounding coastal communities. His experience as both an operator and investor provides him with a practical, data-driven understanding of the short-term rental market, allowing him to offer strategic guidance grounded in real-world performance—not theory.
