I have been a licensed real estate professional for more than a decade and prior to getting my license I worked in the new construction industry so it allows me to have a unique set of abilities to help clients with their home searches and selling of their homes.

I grew up on the North Side of Chicago and moved to Alabama in 1983. In 2006 I became a REALTOR, and in 2016 achieved my Broker license. I then turned my attention to fulfilling my dream and vision of redefining the client experience by founding Todays Home which opened in 2018. My focus is my clients. In 2013 I was named Sales Associate of the year by my Brokerage, and nominated for Sales Associate of the year by my local REALTOR Association. I currently serve within the local MLS association and have for more than seven years. In 2018 Deb was nominated for and served on the BAR Leadership Academy and oversaw the service project of a community mural One City, on the corner of 16th Street and 3rd Ave N, Birmingham.

Born and raised in Nashville Tennessee. Worked in sales leadership for AT&T for over 25 years. We have been in Birmingham for over 18 years. My wife Christie and I are both very active real estate agents in our market. We have two daughters. Our oldest daughter teaches first grade in the Hoover school system. Our youngest daughter is in her final year of Nursing school and will graduate in May of 2023. Both Christie and I understand the importance of communication. We answer our phones, stay well connected to our clients and are very easy to work with.

I am a top agent and have been serving the Birmingham area since 2006. I love being a real estate agent and I understand that the purchase and sale of a home can be a stressful and complex process. Locally, I support Red Mountain Grace which provides housing for patients and their families traveling to Birmingham for long-term medical treatment. This organization holds a special place in my heart and one I definitely relate to, since I have a child who was born with a congenital heart defect.
