Steve is a 18-year veteran of the real estate industry with experience in residential resales and investment properties. He has been with Keller Williams Realty for 9 years. He is currently a Partner and Team Lead for P4 Realty Partners with Keller Williams Realty. He leads the team with his wife, Anna Parker. Two of his children, Maura Parker and Jackson Parker, are also on the team. Steve's passion is connecting people with their dreams through the purchase of real estate, whether first-time home buyers or seasoned investors. He is KW Luxury certified. He previously was a Group/Branch Manager in the environmental industry where he managed multi-million dollar environmental assessment and remediation projects for private industrial clients, DOE, DOD, and COE. He holds a B.S. in Geology and Marine Science and an M.S. in Geology from the University of Alabama.

I grew up on the North Side of Chicago and moved to Alabama in 1983. In 2006 I became a REALTOR, and in 2016 achieved my Broker license. I then turned my attention to fulfilling my dream and vision of redefining the client experience by founding Todays Home which opened in 2018. My focus is my clients. I want them to experience a superior boutique-style level of service, and innovative marketing that is highly personalized.
