While Jeannette was previously a registered nurse, she had regularly fixed up homes to resell. After little discussion, the mother-son duo formed The REICH Team, licensed in Alberta, and working with RE/MAX Landan Real Estate. We chose to work with the "best" as our desire is to BE the "best". Because almost 1/3 of Calgary home sales are condos, we’ve both received our "Certified Condominium Specialist" designation so that any sale or purchase of a condo will go smoothly and our clients will be well informed. I have been licensed since 1999. In 2002 I received my broker license which led me to become an instructor at Mount Royal University from 2005 to 2015. I opened our International brokerage/Franchise in 2008 as "Coldwell Banker Mountain Central". I've had the good fortune of helping people buy and sell homes, condos, and acreages in every community in Calgary and the surrounding towns, so I'm very familiar with all of them.
