I cannot recommend Cory Smith as a realtor enough! My partner and I were looking to buy our first home and did not know what to expect. Cory explained the process to us and always made us feel like a priority. He got to know us and worked hard to help us find our forever home!

Cory was very personable and helpful. We downsized after 18 years and he was engaged with us regularly. He was very good about pointing things out we needed to look for when viewing possible homes and always arrived early when meeting us to show us a home. His follow through is excellent and he is very easy to talk to and we never felt pressured. He also helped us find a home inspector and lawyer who all turned out to be great.
