Anytime a listing came up that met the specifications I asked for she immediately sent them for me to review. She knew how to read my reactions to different houses & knew what questions to ask if I wasn’t sure. It was nothing but a positive experience with her all the way around! Could not recommend this woman more highly! We came from out of state and she was able to accommodate visiting multiple properties and doing FaceTimes for walk throughs for us. When we ran into a few hiccups on our prior home sale, she was able to swoop in and help find resolutions very quickly. Her patience and positivity was extremely reassuring when we were losing hope. She worked so well with us, our lenders, title companies, and was very communicative with our realtor in our other state. This home finding/bidding/inspecting/closing experience on our new home in Greenfield Wisconsin has been nothing but incredibly amazing. First of all, Kaeley is an extremely, down to earth individual who was always readily available to answer all our questions and address our concerns. It was a pleasure working with her while looking for the perfect home for our family. While still living in SE Indiana during the time we were searching for that home, she made it easy by directing us to suitable online listings that allowed us to narrow the criteria of that perfect home to fit our needs. Once we had a number of potential homes identified, I made the 5 1/2 hour drive to Wisconsin to look at a number of those home. After 4 or 5 days of looking at homes we found the one that suited our needs best. We put in an offer on a Saturday evening and within 24 hours we got the call from Kaeley that the sellers accepted our offer. The rest is history. Thank you so much Kaeley.
