Katherine Jennings

Katherine (Kaylee) Jennings is the founder of Broad Reach Estates, with over 35 years of real estate experience, first as a real estate agent in Westchester County NY, then as a broker and leader to build a luxury brand in Columbia County in the Hudson Valley. As the managing broker of Houlihan Lawrence in Millbrook, she developed to serve 3600 square miles of New York and Connecticut with a focus on the luxury market and was personally a top agent from 2018-2023. Katherine grew up in Arlington, VA, graduated from Yorktown High School and Bucknell Univ. and grew up foxhunting with Bull Run (then based out of Clifton). After two years working in Washington, D.C., Katherine moved to NY, but continued to return to VA to ride and hunt as much as possible. In 2022, she became the CEO of KW McLean, leading over 350 agents to increase their luxury business outside of Washington DC. Now with Piedmont Fine Properties, she looks forward to discussing your buying and selling needs.
