Upon retiring from the Army in 1995 after a 22 year career, Al started his real estate career with Century 21 C. F. Scott, in Virginia. He has worked as a Real Estate Agent and Principal Broker at Century 21 C. F. Scott for 18 years. During that time he earned several awards as a Million Dollar Producer and has been the recipient of numerous Honor Society awards. In 2012 he was voted president of the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors and also earned Realtor of the Year honors that same year.
