A DMV native with deep roots in Northern Virginia, Kristin Francis transformed her personal real estate investment into a flourishing career when she became a licensed agent in 2009, following 15 years in strategic marketing. Today, Kristin stands at the helm of a diverse business ecosystem. As CEO of The Kristin Francis Team, she leads real estate experts who specialize in serving first-time homebuyers, military families, custom home projects, property management, and investment opportunities. Her entrepreneurial vision extends beyond real estate to construction management, mortgage services, coaching, and staging companies. Kristin's innovative spirit has given rise to numerous ventures: the Accidentally By Design course and podcast, Imagination Generation, Impact Mortgage, and Hap N' Crunch patented natural cosmetics. Her leadership extends to her role as Chairwoman of the Board for the Aloe Family Non-profit.
