I have been licensed in Tennessee since 2003 and obtained by Auctioneer license in 2004. I started my own company in 2006 in my hometown of Bean Station, Tennessee. I am the principal broker and have 10 agents working with me to help find the perfect property for our clients and to represent our sellers in possibly the biggest transaction and decision of their lives. In 2019 I obtained my Virginia License since our office is within a 50 mile distance to the edge of Virginia. I love helping people find the special place for their family either as a get away or a permanent residence.

I have been in real estate since 2007. I strive to provide my clients with a relaxed, stress free transaction. I am a real estate investor myself, so I excel in putting myself in my clients shoes to be able to understand their thoughts throughout the buying or selling process. I have had consistent growth every year since being in the business and it has helped me gain the knowledge and experience to best serve my clients. I am a very relational agent. My concerns lie within my clients needs. Shortly after having founded Eastern Tennessee Preppers, which is a 1300+ member Meetup group based on preparedness education and networking, I began receiving requests to help them find property in the area for their retreat locations. Others were just about to retire and looking for that perfect piece of land to enjoy nature and get away from the hustle and bustle of big city life, while yet others wanted to get into farming like their parents or Grandparents did years ago. Having been through the whole process myself years before I knew what they were feeling and going through. I found myself in the unique position of being able to help them out as I had spent years researching where to move, what to look for in land and acreage, as well as the hidden costs and timeframes involved.
