When Stephanie moved to Rapid City, her career at the time was that of a School Psychologist for Rapid City Area Schools, a love of real estate was born out of a part time job that Stephanie created for herself when she purchased a couple of houses to use as long- term rental properties. That lead to the start of Shifting Spaces (her own house flipping business), a contractor license and her buying, remodeling and then selling over 50 uniquely designed homes from 2010 to 2022. I grew up in Huron, SD and graduated from Black Hills State in Spearfish in 2008. I taught elementary school for a couple years in Vermillion and then spent some time living in Omaha, NE. My job with Black Hills Energy eventually brought me out to the Rapid City area in 2014. I've been married to my husband, Glen, since August 2016. I am an avid dog lover and diehard baseball fan.
