Born and raised in a small town in Wyoming, I love that personal feeling a smaller town can offer. I have always loved the outdoors and exploring the Black Hills area. Growing up in Eastern Wyoming, Rapid City was the perfect place to land and raise a family. The outdoor opportunities for recreation are endless. I enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking & more. I have a passion for helping others and sharing my love and knowledge of the Black Hills. I began my real estate journey in 2014 working on a very successful real estate team as a licensed transaction coordinator. In 2019 I ventured out on my own as a full time agent. When Stephanie moved to Rapid City, her career at the time was that of a School Psychologist for Rapid City Area Schools, a love of real estate was born out of a part time job that Stephanie created for herself when she purchased a couple of houses to use as long- term rental properties. That lead to the start of Shifting Spaces (her own house flipping business), a contractor license and her buying, remodeling and then selling over 50 uniquely designed homes from 2010 to 2022. Professionally, she has taken great pride in seeing the happiness that her design vision has brought to those families that purchased her homes. All of this has given Stephanie an in- depth personal experience of the process involved in locating, buying and selling homes. As the only female general contractor and business owner in the Rapid City area, Stephanie brings a unique perspective to the home buying and selling process.

I am a Rapid City native and have a Bachelor of Science degree in education from South Dakota State University. I am still active in coaching at many different levels in the community. in I enjoy fly fishing, golf, and spending time with my family. After returning from college, I taught school and played drums in various local bands. I then took a position in sales and customer service with a local business. I became the top producer on the local and national level multiple times and eventually became the general manager of the local business. After 12 years, I decided to take on a new challenge and moved into real estate where I have been in real estate for 13 plus years. I enjoy all facets of real estate and focus on residential and commercial transactions throughout the entire Black Hills area.
