Outside of Real Estate, I sat on the Board of Directors for Bethany Christian Services and was actively involved in their Safe Families program, providing safe homes for children while their parents worked to repair their lives. When Stephanie moved to Rapid City, her career at the time was that of a School Psychologist for Rapid City Area Schools, a love of real estate was born out of a part time job that Stephanie created for herself when she purchased a couple of houses to use as long- term rental properties. That lead to the start of Shifting Spaces (her own house flipping business), a contractor license and her buying, remodeling and then selling over 50 uniquely designed homes from 2010 to 2022. Professionally, she has taken great pride in seeing the happiness that her design vision has brought to those families that purchased her homes. All of this has given Stephanie an in- depth personal experience of the process involved in locating, buying and selling homes. As the only female general contractor and business owner in the Rapid City area, Stephanie brings a unique perspective to the home buying and selling process.

I grew up in Spearfish and have lived in Rapid City since 2014. The Black Hills area is relatively small, so I service everything from Hot Springs to Belle Fourche, Spearfish to Rapid City – please don't hesitate to reach out and ask about any area! When I'm not in the office, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family & friends, and traveling! I received my real estate license in 2013, I started in the background as a marketing/listing guru / transaction coordinator before successfully transitioning into a full-time agent in 2018.
