When Stephanie moved to Rapid City, her career at the time was that of a School Psychologist for Rapid City Area Schools, a love of real estate was born out of a part time job that Stephanie created for herself when she purchased a couple of houses to use as long- term rental properties. That lead to the start of Shifting Spaces (her own house flipping business), a contractor license and her buying, remodeling and then selling over 50 uniquely designed homes from 2010 to 2022. I grew up in Spearfish and have lived in Rapid City since 2014. I am still active in coaching at many different levels in the community. in I enjoy fly fishing, golf, and spending time with my family. After returning from college, I taught school and played drums in various local bands. I then took a position in sales and customer service with a local business. I became the top producer on the local and national level multiple times and eventually became the general manager of the local business. After 12 years, I decided to take on a new challenge and moved into real estate where I have been in real estate for 13 plus years. I enjoy all facets of real estate and focus on residential and commercial transactions throughout the entire Black Hills area.
