Born and raised in a small town in Wyoming, I love that personal feeling a smaller town can offer. I have always loved the outdoors and exploring the Black Hills area. Growing up in Eastern Wyoming, Rapid City was the perfect place to land and raise a family. The outdoor opportunities for recreation are endless. I enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking & more. I have a passion for helping others and sharing my love and knowledge of the Black Hills. I began my real estate journey in 2014 working on a very successful real estate team as a licensed transaction coordinator. In 2019 I ventured out on my own as a full time agent. I pride myself on my work ethic and doing the very best job that I can when representing and negotiating on behalf of my clients. Jeremy joined his father, David Kahler, as a third generation REALTOR® in 2005. Their team, The Kahler Team, includes 9 full-time REALTORS®, 2 licensed closing coordinators, listing coordinator, professional home stager, and marketing coordinator. In 2022 the team closed 420 transactions in Rapid City and the surrounding Black Hills. Jeremy holds designations as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). He is a member of the Black Hills Board of REALTORS®, the South Dakota Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Jeremy was born and raised in Rapid City. He and his wife Amanda have 3 children: Lucas, Madelyn, and Gwyneth. They love the outdoors and all the Black Hills has to offer including mountain biking, snowboarding, rock climbing, hunting, camping and boating.

I grew up in Huron, SD and graduated from Black Hills State in Spearfish in 2008. I taught elementary school for a couple years in Vermillion and then spent some time living in Omaha, NE. My job with Black Hills Energy eventually brought me out to the Rapid City area in 2014. I've been married to my husband, Glen, since August 2016. I am an avid dog lover and diehard baseball fan. My husband and I are parents to 3 fur babies: Izzie (Yorkshire terrier), Bently (Yorkshire terrier), and Ruby (Irish setter). I have been in the real estate realm since November 2017 and got my license in May 2021. I goes above and beyond to ensure my clients’ transactions are as easy, smooth, and stress-free as possible.

Along with being a Broker Associate, I am also a certified GRI and CNS. I like to say that I'm a "professional problem solver" because I keep transactions smooth by calmly addressing every issue that comes up along the way and get my clients to closing. I have been a local Director on the Board of the Black Hills Association of Realtors and have served on numerous BHAR committees. I was awarded the Rising Star award from BHAR in 2007, was awarded the top 5 individual sales person for RE/MAX in the state of SD, and most recently hit the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame benchmark. Outside of Real Estate, I sat on the Board of Directors for Bethany Christian Services and was actively involved in their Safe Families program, providing safe homes for children while their parents worked to repair their lives. I also practice Taekwando and play volleyball. I love this community and have what it takes to get the job done right the first time to ensure that my clients love it here too!
