Sarah went to school in the Sioux City area - but more so claims her roots which are in population 271 - Newcastle, NE. She grew up riding horses, fishing, and playing softball and volleyball. The college years were spent at The University of South Dakota as a member of Alpha Xi Delta. A lifetime of fun, friends, and memories was made during those 4 years. So much so, Sarahlyn returned to Vermillion a few years later and earned her Masters in Business Administration. Sarah married Brian Gross on 9-10-11 and they have a 6-year-old daughter, Bria. They live in Dell Rapids, SD and are currently building a SHOUSE (shop/house) on an acreage 8 miles north of Sioux Falls.

Katie started in Real Estate in the beginning of 2008 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2013. She has lived in the Sioux Empire for the majority of her life and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Katie very selflessly has given hundreds of hours of her time to various charities around Sioux Falls including Make-A-Wish, Meals On Wheels, The Banquet & The Closet by The Foster Network, as well as being the Director of Almost Home Canine Rescue. I grew up just outside of Sioux Falls and have lived here for most of my life. My wife and I have two businesses here and we are raising our two boys here as well. I am still amazed at how much change has happened in the last two decades and what the future will hold for the Sioux Falls area. A little background about myself, I graduated from Lennox High School and attended SDSU. I then went into the Marine Corps; after being honorably discharged I moved to Wyoming and began a successful 5+ year career in the oilfield. After traveling for close to 10 years I decided living between three states was no longer for me, so I sold my home in Wyoming and moved back to South Dakota. I returned to college first completing my AAS in electrical at Southeast Technical Institute and then my BAA in business at the University of Sioux Falls' Vucurevich School of Business. I have always had a desire to help people, having bought and sold several homes I understand the value of having a quality agent.
