As a lifelong resident of Sioux Falls, SD, Cindy Oyen has dedicated herself to providing outstanding real estate service and results to the Sioux Empire community. I grew up just outside of Sioux Falls and have lived here for most of my life. My wife and I have two businesses here and we are raising our two boys here as well. I am still amazed at how much change has happened in the last two decades and what the future will hold for the Sioux Falls area. A little background about myself, I graduated from Lennox High School and attended SDSU. I then went into the Marine Corps; after being honorably discharged I moved to Wyoming and began a successful 5+ year career in the oilfield. After traveling for close to 10 years I decided living between three states was no longer for me, so I sold my home in Wyoming and moved back to South Dakota. I returned to college first completing my AAS in electrical at Southeast Technical Institute and then my BAA in business at the University of Sioux Falls' Vucurevich School of Business. I have always had a desire to help people, having bought and sold several homes I understand the value of having a quality agent.

As a Sioux Falls native, I have witnessed its great transformation – from a seemingly desolate downtown into a bustling and ever-growing city that retains its small-town feel. My knowledge of this region, and my experiences of having lived here most of my life give me the enthusiasm and a desire to find the perfect house for you to turn into your perfect home!
