Sarah went to school in the Sioux City area - but more so claims her roots which are in population 271 - Newcastle, NE. She grew up riding horses, fishing, and playing softball and volleyball. The college years were spent at The University of South Dakota as a member of Alpha Xi Delta. A lifetime of fun, friends, and memories was made during those 4 years. So much so, Sarahlyn returned to Vermillion a few years later and earned her Masters in Business Administration. Sarah married Brian Gross on 9-10-11 and they have a 6-year-old daughter, Bria. They live in Dell Rapids, SD and are currently building a SHOUSE (shop/house) on an acreage 8 miles north of Sioux Falls.

Katie started in Real Estate in the beginning of 2008 and became a licensed REALTOR® in 2013. She has lived in the Sioux Empire for the majority of her life and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
