Clay is a great real estate agent and a great person, reliable and honest, easy to work with. Great in communication. He was able to assist me "last minute" during my short trip to Myrtle Beach, SC, and while this may not be possible to all customers depending on the demand, do know this that other agents may simply decide to ignore you completely despite planned arrangement.
